Meet the Owner

David spent over a decade teaching filmmaking before founding Nice Shot Films in 2014 — bringing a rare combination of academic rigor and cinematic instinct to an industry that often prioritizes trends over craft. That approach has earned recognition from the people who know this industry best: California Wedding Day Magazine named Nice Shot Films the Best Videographer in Northern California, and David was invited to serve on the Executive Board of the Wedding International Professional Association's San Francisco chapter, where he championed ethical standards across the event industry.
